2. Platform Features & Responsibilities

Month0 provides cloud-based ERP services. While we use AI for data extraction, you are solely responsible for verifying extracted data and resulting intelligence.

3. The "Month Zero Guarantee"

4. Organization Data & Security

Your custom pricing and recipes are cryptographically isolated. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials.

5. Use Restrictions

You may not use the Platform for illegal purposes, disrupt operations, bypass security, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform's code.

6. Disclaimers and No Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS". Month0 disclaims all warranties. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Month0 be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including wasted inventory or lost profits.

8. Modifications & Governing Law

We may modify these Terms at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
