- Scraping & Automation: Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service or extract data (e.g., our proprietary ingredient database) for any purpose without our express written permission.
- System Abuse: Intentionally interfere with or damage the operation of the Service, including flooding the API with excessive requests ("DDoS").
- Account Sharing: Share login credentials with multiple restaurant locations to avoid paying per-location subscription fees.
2. Application Security
You may not violate the security of the Month0 network, including:
- Accessing data not intended for you.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system.
- Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting.
3. Enforcement
Month0 reserves the right to verify your compliance with this policy. If we detect a violation, we may:
- Issue a warning.
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately.
- Take legal action to recover damages caused by your abuse.
We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the termination of your account due to a violation of this AUP.
